Bill's Nurgle Army

Bill is the WCP guy I know the most well. I was introduced to him by Owen, apparently we went to the same high school though a few years apart. I'd seen Bill a week or two earlier at my birthday party. Steve Keller was talking about him the other day and described him as the tall slick looking guy with the earrings who had to leave early to meet his lady friend. Which I'm sure Bill will find amusing and take some ribbing for at some point.
Bill actually won best painted army at the 2004 Conflict Vancouver with a variation of this army. He didn't seem to fare as well in the tournament this year. I played a practice game against Bill's Orks when I was preparing for the 2002 Calgary Grand Tournament.
